We did not stay in Basel before our trip as we were fortunate enough to have relatives in the area so we stayed with them, and visited Biel, Bern,and Gruyuere. We heard on other cruises that this was one of the most scenic cruises ..and they were right.

They have made the embarkation and the disembarkation process very smooth and easy One wish that I do have is that you could get more information on your day to day itinerary before you get on your cruise.

The cabins are comfortable,the beds are too and if you need a different pillow or a topper for the bed just ask. the bathrooms have more room than bigger cruise lines. Read more
