Chose this cruise to see the sights. Arrived in Copenhagen but straight to ship without being able to sightsee. We were told no opportunity on the way home either. Made special request to disembark earlier on last day - no help with this because not a money earner for Norwegian. Chaos at every meal time, appalling service - apologies didn't improve service. At least 3 waiting staff asking if all OK without waiting for a response and not knowing what to do with a negative one. Very noisy. Ship too big to get out of port to see Helsinki. Trips terribly organised - particularly the ones organised by the ship.(Desperately expensive) Use other sources if you must travel with Norwegian. Visas are provided with the alternatives too. Breakfasts are an interesting challenge with half of the passengers stocking up for the day with their plastic boxes and thermos flasks. Equally tricky can be walking down a staircase draped with people having a photo taking session. Do not expect any of the staff to intervene to make sure that these things don't happen. Noise level phenomenal. Sharpen your elbows or wait at the back when there is any suggestion of a queue. The free style dining means that everyone is eating something different at the same time unlike other cruise lines where you have sittings. Didn't have one hot course. A lot of the waiting staff had a very off hand attitude and seemed very put out at having to serve you. General comments of being very busy - need more staff or less guests. Absolute chaos. (Cabin steward was great!)
