The wife and I decided to embark on our first cruise. I have always wanted to cruise the Baltic. Our choice of ship was the Norwegian Getaway. Wow what a ship. We arrived in Copenhagen two days in advance so we could also take in all the sites of this beautiful city.

Joining the ship(embarkation) I thought it was going to be a mad rush but was I impressed wrt the way the crew handled the masses. Likewise with disembarkation ran like clockwork.

Although the ship is enormous, signage assists one and all to get to where you need to be. The cabin allocated was awesome, enough space to stow clothing and to relax. Read more
