7th cruise with HAL. Usual high standard of services, especially cabin stewards Santana & Made.
As mentioned below, a disturbing situation being locked out of cabin on our balcony occurred sailing from New York City.This situation was made worse by no-one coming to let us out. Either officer below on promenade deck or front desk took a long,long time to do anything about it. It was lucky our neighbour went onto his balcony over an hour after we were locked out!
Dining standards in main dining room/s and Lido deck not quite as good as in previous cruises.

Deluxe Ocean-View Verandah Stateroom
very comfortable as usual. this cabin is almost in the centre of the ship & therefore is very stable, although the seas between New York & Quebec were extremely calm between 10 Sep to 20 Sep.
Be very wary of the key position in the outside door, We were locked out on our balcony for over an jour when the latch plate slipped, locking us out - spoiled our sailaway from NYC.
It was disturbing that no one came to our aid even after calling out to an officer on the promenade deck
