Very wonderful cruise. Everything about was great. did miss a casino though. Entertanment was good and the band that was on the ship was very good and entertaining. They staff was EXCELLENT!!!!! all of our dinner staff knew what we liked to drink and brought it before we even had to ask. Valentine and ruby were outstanding on the cruise. We had lots of laughs with them both. I would highly recommend the viking cruise line.

One problem we encountered was my Brother-in-law and sister -in -law had problems with the flights that were set up for them. They almost missed their one flight. they had to run to it and on top of it their luggage was lost for the first 4 days. Viking staff did take clothes every night and wash them for them and returned them first thing in the morning.

We also had a problem with the water taxi in venice. they told us we were on the right one to return to our ship and turned out we were not. It took us to the airport and it was the last stop for the evening. We had to get off and figure out a way to get back to our ship. It was very stressful and expensive. so be careful with that.
