Everything about this cruise was outstanding - this cruise line knows how to do hospitality. Cruising on a smaller ship was a great choice as fewer people led to smoother logistics all the way around - embarking, disembarking, dining, shore excursions, and personal touches from staff. Everything flowed very smoothly with this size ship (900 passengers). This cruise was a perfect match for senior citizens - quiet, more low key entertainment, and wonderful interaction between the guests. The staff were outstanding, extremely friendly and helpful. Our waiters were all very good and dining in the same area allowed us to develop a more personal relationship with a couple of them. They went the extra mile to make sure our dining experience was pleasant. Our cabin attendant was wonderful. She attended to every detail in our cabin and was very friendly. Although we really didn't have any, I believe she was prepared to respond to any special requests related to our comfort. We will definitely cruise with Viking again.
