My cruise was shortened by one day, and we only went to one of three ports of call. NO REFUNDS or apologies by Royal Caribbean. They collected fees and taxes for ports of call that never happened. I was not provided a final statement of charges. Other travelers were reporting credits, but I received none. We were told to disembark in Miami and all had to get off ship. Only those who could not alter their flights would be permitted back on board, but with reduced services. Not exactly what was contracted for. I understand if they can't deliver, but then they should compensate for what they charged and promised and unable to deliver. Will never use Royal Caribbean again. I've called Royal Caribbean, the booking agent, and the traveler's insurance company, and all claim they will not compensate for the reduced experience. Not the way to keep customers loyal.
