The showers are extremly small, the food was not good, they brought us back a day early and they also didn't take us to two of our ports that we were suppose to go to but instead we stayed in nassau for two days and when we called about a refund for port fees they said no refunds because they can't control the weather. This was my first cruise and I will never use royal again because the customer service sucks. As for activities, shows were very high schooly, in terms of performance except for one. I have never eaten so many burgers and hot dogs in my life because of the lack of options.Going forward they should really step up on customer service as well as entertainment and food because I am very disappointed especially with that being my first cruise. Im going carnival from now on. Get it together Royal!
