Class AAA from pre departure to return. The planning by Viking and all of the staff was exceptional. Everything was in excess of expectations. If you were to only have a once in a lifetime cruise to take, this would be the one. All excursions and events were thoroughly planned to the last detail. Every excursion,lecture, and event went without any issues. All of the staff was extremely nice,courteous, and helpful. No question or request was deemed out of line. All were professional and cheerful from departure to return. It is never easy to please the public, but they managed to make everyone of the passengers feel special.I look forward to planning another river cruise. It will most certainly be with Viking River Cruises. There are not enough words to describe how very satisfied I and my wife were with the whole experience. I can't imagine a more pleasing experience.
