I love ships and felt this ship would be amazing for our sisters annual cruise. The ship has a lot to offer. The food was awful. Purchased the 5 night dining plan. Chops the steak was tough like leather. I had to send my food back twice and the next night was Jamie's which was even worst. I had to ask for a refund. If you like quality food this is not the cruise for you. Overall the staff and service is amazing. The desserts are about the only thing on this ship that was great. The cabin i thought was an ok size. Shower was bigger than expected. The ice show Fine line was great and the production on Grease was amazing. Crew was helpful and friendly at all times. The breakfast buffet in American Icon was good. Starbucks was good. Overall this ship is great for families with kids.
