This was supposed to be a family reunion and anniversary for the family. We had high hopes and expectations but what a dissapointement. No recognition for special occasions.
The queueing and waiting for disembarkation was unbearable!
The ship is lovely, although the food was not as expected. In our previous cruise experience, we could order juice at dinner, but not in the Harmony.
We booked all the shows before we boarded. The show time was changed and there was no notifications. Shows was cancelled, and again no notification for the change.
Very pleased with the cabin, since we could get to the next room through the balcony which was convenient. The cabin is clean.
Overall rating is satisfactory, although we had expected more.
The kids disappointed as they were not able to get on some rides as the queue was so long.
When we signed in, requested for spouse cabin to link to my credit card, Checked with reception and was told that it is fine. Only did we know when we were about to disembark that we had balance owed. What a surprise!!
The cabin staff - Tri, did an excellent job keeping our cabin clean. Very Happy with his service
