First of all - there was a chaos at the entrance to the embarkation building in Barcelona. We were waiting to drop our luggage in a long line on the sun. Then they opened another drop line and people, who was waiting in the queue, become last to compere who just arrived, and they received low number cards for the line to get on the ship. The result all of this - 3 hours waiting time in a poor cooled building. About ship. All public areas poor cooled , even restaurants and show halls. People were sweating all around. Thermostats in cabins just not responding - they or steady blowing cool air, or nothing, not adjustable. Where was adult pool? I'M offering general cruise management go on the ship and get experience when you in the any ship pool. Little kids jumping all around, even over your head. I understand - lots of families bringing kids, but what to do for those, who left them at home to enjoy vacation. And no enforcement about this from the cruise stuff. Why does the big screen by the pool not used at the evening, for example to show movies or sporting events? About evening dining. All restaurants poor ventilated and cooled. Because cruise was sold out - our second seating diner was moved from main restaurant to the first seating at market place buffet on the top floor, where dining area was separated from buffet lovers, and it happened without asking us. People, who removing empty plates at buffet, from the morning , becoming restaurant waiters. Are you kidding me? Service was poor and slow- you can not make it in 1 hour. Absolutely no enforcement on kids screaming and dress code. We were dining in dressed suites, women's in the night dresses and next to us sat people in t-shirts and swim trunks on elegant dress code night.
