Just found out about this ship is new and the biggest, and we wanted to experience ourselves how the service was compared to the ones we had been to... and yes, we weren't disappointed! Indeed, Harmony of the Seas is second to none! Definitely the best and its name says it all!!
Embarkation and Disembarkation- very organized!! We didn't have to wait long.. friendly staff!
Dining- our experience in the Silk Dining Room was the highlight of our cruise! My family enjoyed the fun and good times we had, from the great food to the excellent services! Our main servers were Regan Rodrigues and Zuo Cao, very professional and friendly! But we were also entertained and served by Joshua Ramaloo, Tirencio Escabosa, Rico Bundang, I Putu Wiratma, Marcelo Fantine and Romualdo Mangurali, who all went far and beyond to provide such incredibly wonderful services! You have an awesome crew!
Cabin Review
Our cabin was on deck 9, ocean view with balcony. We loved it!!!
Our stateroom was perfect size and CLEAN!! It was kept immaculate day and night by our attendant, Jeffrey Ocampo, who has such great personality, very hardworking. Not to mention the other attendants in our deck, Jason Andales and Christopher Abadiez, who were very respectful, friendly and helpful to make our stay very comfortable and worthwhile.
It was such a treat for us seeing those animal towels made by our stateroom attendant. Amazing talent! We truly appreciate the fun and excitement those animal towels brought us every night. We had it before on other ships, but these animals simply amazed us on how intricately that they were made. Simply entertaining!!
