The cruise was all well done with attention to detail. The ship and cabins were clean and well kept. Rooms were done quickly and efficiently. In fact they were done twice daily with a turn down service every night. Smiling and inviting service was there all the way through the cruise. The entertainment was well done and interactive with some real fun on board with the crew getting in on the fun. We really enjoyed the different towns we stopped in. It was so nice to wake up and open the curtains in places like Tournon, which was just beautiful and we had a great tour of this delightful city. Having the boat in the harbour makes for some real flexibility as you could come and go for lunch and you did not have to commit for a whole day on a bus for the majority of tours as they are right off the boat. The shore excursions were varied, interesting and informative. From great city tours, to wine tastings and truffle hunting, we enjoyed them all. The great service by the Viking crew during cruise was truly appreciated. We can't wait for our next journey!
