I was excited about the biggest ship in the world. I was impressed with the ship but not with Royal Caribbean.

The customer service was not as friendly as it was in our previous cruises and the variety of the food was not great.

the windjammer crowded with long wait lines or close. the solarium also crowded. the buffets don't provide trays for your food so you have to juggle your drink silverware and food to a table if you can find one.
