Harmony of the Seas Cruise Review by Cherry Polanco
- Sail Date: August 2017
- Destination: Eastern Caribbean
The customer service was not as friendly as it was in our previous cruises and the variety of the food was not great.
the windjammer crowded with long wait lines or close. the solarium also crowded. the buffets don't provide trays for your food so you have to juggle your drink silverware and food to a table if you can find one.
Dining room food was just ok. We try 150 restaurant was good but very small menu. Entertainment was good. Grease the musical was good but too much for little kids (8 years old). You need reservations because it is so crowded.
Services were poor. Many problems with teens running on the ship as they can check out themselves from the teens room... poor/none supervision there.
The pool was to crowded and not kids activities there. Shore excursion in St Marteen was a nightmare more than 15 people were sea sick. (kids and adults) "airport and snorkel".
If you are a couple you may enjoy it. we will never go on the Harmony again.
