This is a word of honest warning to anyone sailing on this ship. DO NOT get an interconnecting cabin, unless it is with your own family. We have come back from a 7 night cruise with our young child exhausted! It was extremely disappointing to all of us as for the past year we have been looking forward to it and it cost us a lot of money! The sound proofing is non-existent and I mean that! It really upset us and had a big impact on our holiday, due to the stress and lack of sleep.

Despite going to the Customer Service desk every evening to complain and getting an appointment with the Guest Services Manager, we were left in this cabin and told that the ship was completely booked out and there was nothing could be done. I was offered a free massage in the spa as some sort of compensation? However I never got the voucher for the spa to my cabin.

Food was lukewarm in the buffet. Seating area of bars was pathetic for the large number of passengers and there was plenty of empty space where seating could have been provided. Also on the 7th floor there was a whole area assigned to a champagne bar which was vacant most evenings!
