First cruise with Celebrity and it won't be my last! Everything was excellent, from the cabin to the food. The entertainment was exceptional. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Couldn't have asked for more. The ship never seemed to be crowded, even on sea days. The food served in the dining room was delicious and served HOT! Room service good. Cabin spacious and it was great to have a proper shower and not a curtain.

We went to The Baltic and all the tours were very good, except for the one in Germany. However, Customer RelTions soon sorted it out and we were refunded 50%, which we thought was very fair.

The Cruise Director, Sue Denning, was really good and Captain Leo (aka the voice from above) was friendly, funny and always visible around the ship. Read more
