From the start of our cruise checkin to the final goodbyes, the Cruise, its Crew and all the people who enjoyed this cruise was nothing but Fabulous. We got to meet new people and made new friendships. From the first greeting to the last goodbye, the crew was friendly and professional. They made us feel welcomed in ever way. They were always courteous when assistance was required and direction was sought. The food was always fabulous and the drinks amazing. The entertainment crew was awesome and made us feel like part of their family. We were never short of dancing partners and people to chat with. They kept us entertained throughout our cruise. So Thumbs up to Entertainment Crew on a job well done, especially the South African guys and gals on that team !!! Our waiter Jethro, who was always smiling when serving us on the pool deck and eventually remembered our drinks off by heart..big hugs to him.

The Gentleman who look after our cabin, was always the first to greet us in the morning with a smile, a big Thank you to him for being able to deal with a girls dressing room. The cabin was small for three ladies with 20kg suitcases each, not very much room for movement. I'm sure seeing all our undies drying in the shower daily must have been quite hillarious.

The shop assistant in the MSC shop was quite rude and abrupt when dealing with me, I'm not sure if it was because i was dark skinned or not Italian/French or German. She was quite friendly to customers ahead of me and when it was my turn, she did not greet, even though i greeted her first "in Italian" as a sign of respect, she was abrupt and her facial expression was just poor.
