This was the first cruise for both myself and my wife, I have to say it exceeded all our expectations.

We arrived in Miami from Ireland 2 days before departure, we stayed in the Marriott Biscayne Bay, a great choice. On the day before the cruise we did the full triple crown tour with Miami Tour Company, a wonderful day seeing as much as could of Miami. On departure day, we got an Uber car from the hotel to the port, embarkation was fairly smooth, we were greeted on board at 11.15am and by 11.30am the MDR was open to concierge guests and had a most relaxing lunch along with some wines. Choice was limited but tasty. Shortly after lunch it was announced that cabins were ready, we were on deck 9 concierge class. Our cabin was lovely, my wife was delighted with the storage space, we had 2 large and 2 carry on suitcases and she manage to empty them all with room to spare. We purchased magnetic hooks from Amazon, a great idea!

Plenty of space on our veranda, Concierge perks includes foot stools, we used the veranda a lot on sail days, around the pool area which can get very crowded is not our thing. Hector our cabin attendant was fantastic, a very obliging man who couldn’t do enough to make our cruise enjoyable. The cabin (9261) was very quiet, elevators were very close, a great location.

Cabin C3

Lovely cabin in a great location. It is worth noting concierge class cabins are generally in the better parts of the ship.
