This was our first cruise so I don't have anything to compare it to. Reviews are always interesting because they are so dependent on each person's unique experience and expectations. My review will be based around reality and expectation.

In a nutshell, we thought the cruise was really fantastic. The previous reviews highlight some of the issues that did arise but here's what I would suggest to people considering this cruise. If there are over 4000 people on a ship:

- then you cannot realistically expect that there will be 4000 sun lounges. Yes it is incredibly frustrating to see so many people reserve chairs early morning and then not be seen until the afternoon, and this is one way Norwegian could definitely improve, if there was some possible way to monitor this reservation but non-use of sun beds. Having said that, we were able to get lounges most days, not necessarily in perfect positions, but a bed none the less.

Really nice room, small as expected, but we were only there to sleep! Toilet could have a fraction more privacy was the only monitor negative.
