Gloria White housekeeping room #8381 & #8385 was amazing!!!
Two days prior leaving, this crusie line changed a port that was the main reason for booking this cruise! NO COMPENSATION WAS OFFERED!! I had my own private excursion booked and non-refundable with less than 7 days notice. Definitely don't blame the private company.
This cruise employees checked out 5 towels for a port excursion *but were NOT there to collect them. I gave them to Gloria, my stateroom lady and now am being billed for $425 for 9 towels. I only received 5 and RETURNED them.

This room should NOT ever be booked. I am not sure what level it was (L, M, N??) but your sleep will be AWFUL!! There is a vibrating under the room, esp bed area and its AWFUL!!!
Guest Services on this cruise were rude and could care less about helping you find positive resolutions when you have put your money and efforts into getting away from everyday life stresses...sad! This is where you should feel special and pampered!
