Traveled with children

The ship needs major work. Rust spots everywhere, rooms very average and food was average. The snack menu for after hours eating was horrible. I brought 2 teen age grandchildren with me and the ship had very little for them to do. The shore excursion were a major disappointment. Its better to find your own than to pay the ridiculous prices they have. The shore excursions staff tell you one thing and when you get on shore you find out they tell you anything just to make you think no one else on shore has the same excursions. Since Ive been on 5 other cruises this one was the worse and this cruise ship was the worse. The staff wasn't very helpful and the ship lacked appeal. When we docked by other ships Enchantment looked and felt very old. It needs an overhaul from top to bottom. I wont cruise with the ship and staff anytime soon.

Cabin Review

Junior Suite with Balcony

Cabin JS

The cabin need work. Rust spots everywhere, very small for junior suite.

Port Reviews

Nassau

The ship had very little to offer at this port unless you want to spend $200-$250. It was better to get your own excursions
