We just returned from a 4 night cruise on the Enchantment of the Seas. I read several reviews and wasn't sure on what to expect. I was presently surprised and would take this same cruise again.

I will admit that the ship is older and needs to be refurbished. However, it is clean and well maintained. The crew is considerably nice which goes a long way in my book. The cruise which we took was sold out and at full capacity but never felt over crowded. The elevators are easily accessed and rarely full. The decor may be dated compared to many ships but doesn't feel that outdated. The casino is small and smokey but pays out nicely especially the first night. The slots appeared a little looser than on the last night. The pool is crowded at times and always colder than expected. There is a rock climbing wall and trampoline bouncing area that have been added.

The entertainment was great. We had a great comedian that his jokes were repeated by many throughout the cruise. " Can I have a Pepsi..... CoCo Cay ( Coke okay )? Maybe funnier in person. There was different types of music throughout the ship making finding the right listening venue easy. Lots of activities including trivia ( Star Wars was our fav ).

Cabin Review

Panoramic Ocean View Stateroom

Cabin F

This cabin has a great forward location near elevators but not in a high traffic area. The Cabin Steward, Dexter, was great! We had the beds arranged as 2 singles but can be converted to a queen. The bathroom is a typical ship bathroom giving you the ability to sit on the commode and uses the sink at the same time. You may need to step out of the bathroom to pick up dropped soap too. The shower water pressure is strong and the water always hot. The AC will freeze you especially if you keep the drapes closed.
