My daughter was turning 30 and visiting Havana was on her bucket list as well as mine. We both thought traveling by cruise ship seemed the best way to visit. We both went in with the mindset that we would have no expectations for the cruise itself as we had read mixed reviews. That said, we had a wonderful time and were pleasantly surprised. We had a balcony room which still was very small. Our room steward was excellent and knew our names the first day. I believe in tipping extra for good service and it is always appreciated. Food in the main dining rooms were good though the service was inconsistent. Went to a couple of shows and to the casino. Enjoyed the piano bar every night. Would recommend if the destination is one you want. Nice to have all inclusive as no lines at the bars. Havana was a great experience.
