We went with a group. It was very crowded..very difficult to get an elevator..walk around..or find space for quiet. The food was unimpressive. In the dining room, the fit the tables so close, my chair was touching the chair of the person at the table behind..the wait staff couldn't get through. Our waitress was delightful. It was her first night on the job, and she was so frustrated with herself. We told her to relax, that all was good..and we kept telling her boss how hard she was trying. After that night, she was given a busboy who was excellent, and she was so much better!

The cabin was tight, the shower is a tight small space capsule. It was hard for two people to maneuver even though we had a balcony cabin.

The entertainment was fine. We enjoyed the ice show in particular and the water show (although due to poor weather they had to cancel a few times). Due to cancellations we were booked for two shows at the same time, but we had it straightened out. I'm not used to having to book entertainment in advance.
