I will start out by saying Alaska is absolutely beautiful. When you spend over $4K for one week of lodging and food one would expect higher quality and a safe environment.

The Stateroom: Lightbulbls missing in vanity and nightstand, Empty water bottles were never disguarded. Hair left in the vanity drawer from prior resident. AC did not work in the room. We propped the door open wth the patio table. It was 70-80 at times when we were in Port, so our room was quite warm. The balconies are rusty and had paint chips falling on you when sat in the chairs. I ordered room service prior to our early excursion and the bananas they brought were brown and mushy completely disgusting.

Lido Deck: Rough Seas the first two days- a child vomited on the tables the parents wiped off with cloth napkin and the staff did not clean with bleach. I could not get any of the help to wipe the table off with bleach for 20 minutes!
