I am a diabetic and the first 4 or 5 days of the cruise, they did not have any pastries on the buffet that were sugar free. I actually had to ask. Had to get our own coffee and juice in the morning and if you asked someone, it as like them doing you a favor. Cleaning off the tablws was a real chore. I also was charged $2250 on my credit card (not my sea card) for a reason I am still questioning and RC ould not help me solve the problem. Customer Service is non existant Dining room was excellent for dinner. Waiter and assistant were awesome. Serenity room in the spa which I paid extra for was not working properly for the first couple of days. Wanted Styrofoam cup to bring coffee to the room and was told they had no more available for that day. Overall service from Royal Caribbean has gone down hill. Never had this before.
