We chose this cruise to Bermuda because it was touted as a great ship and we left out of NYC. The Breakaway had a battle with a hurricane on the way back to port in NYC before we boarded later that day...My wife were not as impressed by some (not all) of the staff as other cruise lines. Perhaps this was caused by the stress from the previous cruise through rough seas, but in all it wasn't what we expected. Piano bar (comedy) was a great time!!! Kudos...the English cruise director lady was also energetic and wonderful. The ship is huge, but rooms not so much (oceanview). Loved the steakhouse and as we were at port in Bermuda for a few days, there was the pleasure of having time to explore without worrying about getting back to the ship until our debarkation day. In all, it was decent but not great..sorry to say. I will be trying NCL again next week on the GEM out of NYC and will get back to you with a review of this upcoming cruise.
