The boat and my cabin were clean & maintained, that is what the one star is for. I promise you I am not exaggerating when I tell you that any issue you have, ANY,will take hours to resolve and you either give up so you can try and enjoy or you give up from exhaustion. Forget internet, practically non existent. Do not get it unless its a must for family or work! Forget an extra towel from the pool area, not happening. I had the drink package, I didn't realize till 4 days in that I needed to specify real Vodka, not watered down garbage. The kids club is a nightmare from day one, the ages they group are ridiculous, the sign up just awful, the activities a bore and they are never on time. The lines for anything minimally fun are run by drill sergeants, no one ins nice! Be wary of the excursions, they are over crowded and unorganized. It was maddening. Every help desk sends you somewhere else and no one helps you. They will call you every day with some ridiculous response to your complaint but will never solve the complaint. SADLY, I have another trip booked as my step son is getting married and chose this company a few months ago so I must go, BUT I downgraded my room. I was set in the HAVEN section (The section where they pay attention to you $$) but I downgraded to regular room with terrace, I wasn't giving them any extra money.
Once that cruise is over with, Ill NEVER board Norwegian again. And I advise anyone else not to. Just awful, even getting our bags once off the ship, no direction, they could care less!!!
