We chose this cruise due to the ports at call and the royal caribbean advertising campaign

The ship is ageing and needs refurbished - staterooms are old, bathrooms need replaced and rusting on balcony handrail. Food quality is very poor in the main dining room and often arrived cold and overcooked. there was problem with plumbing as thus was very inadequate with a terrible smell of foul waste throughout the ship. the fixture and fittings within the bathroom were tarnished and made you feel like you did not want to use them. a lot of the staff seemed unhappy and over managed making them act very uncomfortable. moving forward we should have booked a newer ship from the fleet but due to false advertising we did not expect to come across the problems listed above. if you are thinking of cruising please be aware of the ships age and size compared to other market leaders.
