We cruise the epic 3 years ago and it wasnt good at all. I deciced to give it another chance when i seen the itinery i liked . We just returned april 1st 2017 and it was much better but its still lacking in a few areas. The service was great the food very good and we had the best room steward ive had on any ship... Mr ariston . The entertaiment was below average. There is hundreds of plays on braodway and ncl chosses priscilla the drag queen of the dessert. Yuk... The acting was very good but the story line not for everyone and several people left 30 mins in as we did . The epic beatles were teriffic. They looked and sounded like the beatles. I cant say enough we seen them 3x . Burn the floor is a old production that needs to go. We wanted to see a comedy show but ncl wont let you reserve online so the day we boarded we were suppose to book immediatly ( who knew) we got locked out. Water slides not open til late day not good.. Cagneys awesome as always . Casino a real waste mostly penny machines and it took $1 per pull not exactly vegas . This ship has so much potential and doesnt live up to the other ships the rooms are aweful and they knew it since 2010 that why they changed them on the getaway/ breakaway . No privitacy.... The bathroom and shower are a bad design. All and all i give this cruise a b- it achieves that grade thanks to the service and food or it would have been a c the cruise director scott in visable the whole cruise unless you were in the sexy legs contest. tyler is the best thats why hes on the best ship escape. Ncl needs to get crusie directors that like their job most very boring.
