Can't say enough nice about this ship, the crew and Viking in general. This is our fifth Viking cruise but our first Ocean. The ship is beautiful, just the right size (758 passengers on this transatlantic journey). Lots of sea days so it was relaxing. Met up with some folks through Cruise Critic the night before the voyage. Best thing we ever did as we had automatic friends the whole time.

Couple of downsides was that the wifi didn't work very well so couldn't download a book when I finished one on my iPad or pretty much look up anything on the internet. Thought it was just a problem crossing the ocean but never got any better no matter where I was on the ship. Could also have had better culture classes about what we would be seeing, like what Viking does on its riverboats. Oh, also the boutique could have had more Viking-related merchandise. Selection was very limited.

Loved the snow room and the pools. Lots of places to sit in the common areas and not feel crowded. Food was excellent in all the venues and we ate everywhere. Loved the gelato. One of the great features of our room and all the rooms is a night light near the floor in the room and bathroom to guide you safely at night. Don't know why I loved that so much but first time I have seen it and really thought it was great. The last day of the cruise when we were arriving back from the included tour the crew met us on the deck with fun music and champagne. Appreciate that Viking has included tours. We did a mix of included and extra ones and loved all of them. Viking cruises are the best. The room was plenty large and had lots of storage space. Only wish that Viking had a rewards program that did some kind of upgrade for frequent past passengers. We did get a choice of gifts a few months before our cruises and a small discount when we booked.
