Very easy ship to get around. most of the staff are very polite & helpful, like anything there are always a few who are the exception. The company should address the smell at the stern of the ship, seems like a vent for drains(or similar). Embarkation was a bit of a pain but not too bad, some people seem to think that 2000+ passengers can be magically transported to a ship anchored in the middle of the harbour in a matter of minutes, plenty of whingers that seemed to think that they knew how to arrange things a lot better. Food was excellent, in the free areas as well as specialty restaurants. Shows were quite entertaining, not great but good. Live music, both classical & modern was played by very talented musicians. Shopping items seem to be no great bargains, cigs & alcohol very cheap but all other items seem pretty close to retail.
