I know the ship is going into dry dock, so I expected the worse. Boy was I wrong. It was a great cruise. The ship looks amazing. The carpets throughout the ship look new, the greens where you play golf looked like we were the first to step on it. This is our 16th cruise so we know what to look for. The food was always hot and was very good. The dining staff all over the ship was fantastic. Everybody with a smile, and the best service. When you finished eating your plate was taken away. They always kept your water or what ever you were drinking full. The steak house was a great experience. there again excellent food and great service. We were on the carib deck (10) which ment we had the extended balcony. It was huge. We had extended balcony's before on other ships, these were bigger. Another nice thing was the pools and hot tubs were almost always empty. This all day long. I know it depends on the type and age of people, but we had ages from 35-70. All in all I would stay again on this ship. This was our 2nd Princess cruise, but as I said our 16th overall. We are already booked on the Coral Princess next year. The interior looked new. The room steward took care of us. If we wanted anything it was done with a smile. We got to know many of the workers very well. We like to see where they are from and talk about it with them. They are usually happy to talk about their home country. Getting on and off the ship was fast and smooth. Princess has different time to embark by the floor your cabin is on. We had a time of 1:30, and it was so smooth it started the cruise off on a positive note.
