I took my Mom on this cruise for her 80th birthday. Carnival treated her like a queen. Myself and other passengers wish security would have kept some of the loud, obnoxious and disruptive drunks under better control-they pay their money too and it's their cruise also, but it's MY cruise too. Food was very good, especially in the dining room and the staff was exceptional. Dining room dress code lax on elegant night. Lots of jeans, short, t-shirts, ball caps etc. Come on people-act like you've been somewhere before. Freeport was really nice, Half Moon Cay was great. Nassau was so-so - assaulted by local vedors from disembarkment to embarkment. Hard to enjoy the port with someone constantly in your face trying to sell something. Our cabin was fine and the steward was great. Shuttle to and from the airport was convenient and comfortable and the porters were very helpful and friendly.
