I was taking a guest on this trip. She has never traveled and my mom had always wanted her to go on this trip. It was a joy for both of us. I had lived in Europe for many years and this was a way to share with her. Our trip was a joy from beginning to end. Never thought I would make it for 30 days but it just was such a joy and enjoyable that the time just went quickly.

The ship was always top shape and clean. Rooms were neat and tidy every minute. "Food", understated! Wonderful and always meeting our tastes and needs. To find something special or extra was always a delight. Too put it right, we were spoiled to the bone. I hated to leave the trip as the staff and crew became like a family. I would like to think they were this way with all of their guests but I know, "we were spoiled". Both of us have wondered if that whole crew would be on the next trip as well. Then I would have to adopt most of them. Most of the activities were enjoyable and the culture ones were very informative.

I enjoyed the extra knowledge to each of our stops or points of interest. Lots of knowledge from each of the directors. I cannot sell one place above the others but this tour was want we wanted and it fit the list on our list. It was a wonderful way to see the rivers and the many countries it shared. Would I go again......yes of course. Might sit along the side or in the sun this trip but as one gets older, the picture is still beautiful. This was a delightful trip, the minute I made the phone call to the minute I got home, I was more than just pleased. I would love to write a note to each of the people on this trip that made it such a joy. My first time travel friend, cannot wait to go again.
