We have sailed on many cruises and have not been as disappointed as we were on this ship. We have sailed Carnival, Norwegian, Holland America, Costa, and are Diamond on RCL.

On the day of departure we left 3 hours late due to the unfortunate shootings at the airport the day before. Kudos to RCL for waiting for people and their luggage! RCL was exceeding our expectations already

Then everything rolled down hill fast. We went to Johnny Rockets for dinner and ordered burgers. Very gristly meat that you could hardly chew. Mentioned it to the server and he said he would get us another one....no thanks! Would not take it off bill. Read more
