Cabin: Central Park View Stateroom with Balcony

This was the first cruise my husband and I have taken without our kiddos...they all grew up on us! It was a lovely week. The Allure is a beautiful ship! The only thing I would change is to spend the extra to have an ocean balcony. Ours overlooked Central Park, which was beautiful, but too warm to enjoy the balcony. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was roomy. Note to self in the future, book shows as soon as possible! We missed out on a couple. A very fun night was the Prohibition Party! What a hoot! Met some lovely people and shared some spirits too! The food on the ship was outstanding! We only ate in the main dining room twice...we were too interested in trying out all of the restaurants! Giovanni's Table Italian restaurant was my personal favorite! Having a Starbucks on board was a special treat!

The boarding process was well organized. We were processed and on board in a short time. The staff was friendly and very helpful.
