We chose this cruise specifically to experience the Panama Canal passage. We also wanted to visit Costa Rica and always enjoy Aruba and Grand Cayman. When we first boarded we went to the Horizon for lunch. My wife asked a couple if we could join them as the restaurant was extremely busy. They were very cordial and of course said yes. They were finishing their lunch and we told them to we hoped they had a wonderful cruise. The man then said he had to work and his wife said she would be having fun. He then told us he was Captain Andrea Poggi and showed us his ID. He was so cordial and pleasant and the entire staff and crew continued to show the same throughout the cruise. The food was very good, entertainment excellent, especially the cruise directors staff and Tom Franek. We were one of the couples who asked for a second show to be added and it was. We bought his DVD and had a chance to talk to him. Our Cabin Stewart Saul was excellent. Having been in the hotel industry in both property level and corporate level positions I know great service and cleanliness. We had selected Anytime Dining and chose to dine at the Bayou Café & Steakhouse on my wife's birthday. The New York Strips were so fantastic we booked a second meal there. Embarkation and Debarkation were both a breeze. We are Captain's Circle members and enjoyed this cruise more than our last Princess Cruise to be honest. We will be booking again probably within January 2017.

Cabin Review

Balcony

Cabin BF

The cabin was very nice and had all amenities we needed. We always enjoy a balcony cabin but never book a suite since we spend so little time in it. We usually book a mid-ship cabin but chose forward on Aloha Deck and enjoyed it very much.

Port Reviews

Aruba

We just visited the island for some shopping as we have been there many times before.
