(To preface, we are very budget-conscious). We chose this cruise because it was cheaper to sail during this time of year and stayed in an interior stateroom because it was also cheaper and we figured that we wouldn't spend a lot of time in the room anyway. In the end, my husband was perfectly content reading, sleeping, and relaxing inside the room for the majority of the day. I, on the other hand, spent most of my time laying out or walking around the boat. The central pool area on deck 9 has a tendency to get very crowded, so I went up to the very top levels or to the outdoor area on deck 3 to find some peace and quiet. I didn't actually use any of the pools or hot tubs because they were always full of kids and people.

The food was AMAZING. We tried a little bit of everything. You should definitely try the fine dining restaurant for dinner at least once during your stay, but the dinner buffet options are generally faster to use. The Mongolian Wok had a super long wait and was just okay, Guy's Burgers were awesome, and the general buffet was mega delicious as well. I don't even like dessert but I ate it every day because it was just that good. 24 hour room service is free too, so definitely take advantage of that.

If you don't want to gain too much weight, check out the gym. It's got everything you could ask for and it's fun because you feel like you're driving at the front of the boat when doing the treadmill. Mini-golf was fun, too.

Cabin 4F

Cabin was small but the bed was extremely comfortable and everything was clean. The shower was nice because you could adjust it to your height and the water pressure was surprisingly strong.
