Overall this was a fabulous cruise. The choices of anything to do or eat were abundant. The freestyle cruising was greatly enjoyed. For the most part, the staff were exceptional. I cannot say enough how much we enjoyed our cruise but as always, there are a few negatives. The toilet paper was horrible. There is not enough light in the cabins to read the daily info sheet unless you lay on the bed and put on the little reading lights. Moderno is an awful restaurant - do not waste your money. This was one of the worst Brazilian restaurants we have ever been to. Cagney's was exceptional, La Cucina was delicious however getting our order right was a bit of a challenge. Le Bistro was so good we went there twice. Also do not waste your money on the Discover St Thomas and Megan's Bay tour. This tour had too much in it for exceptionally short the amount of time we were in port so we had to pass on everything related to Blackbeard's Castle. We did complain and received a 20% credit. Pricilla Queen of the Desert show was hysterically funny. We saw it twice. However there were quite a few older people on the cruise who thought it was a little to risqué. It's a cult favorite so if you think Rocky Horror is fun, you will love this one too. All in all we had a fabulous time and I highly recommend the Epic.

Cabin Review

Cabin 8th floor

Loved the cabin but the lighting is too dim.
