We chose this cruise to visit the islands. It started with the port and its inadequate for the amount of people that are loading. Lines everywhere, not enough staff or inadequately trained staff to accommodate the passengers. The pool bar was at least 15 minute wait in the line for a drink. Some places could seat you quickly but you waited and waited and waited. We'll cruise with Norwegian again but not on the Epic. Our cabin boy was the highlight of the trip. He was awesome and took care of our room very well. The entertainment was first class. The lines were its greatest drawback. We went to Pricella of the Desert and it was fabulous. They stated at the beginning that it wasn't appropriate for children and there were people getting up and leaving during the performance with their kids upset about the words and actions. It was great and would love to see it again.

The cabin was small but comfortable. We slept well in the bed. The water glasses could use a better cleaning.
