Note, it was rumoured that this ship does not issue feedback forms to anyone who raises anything with the guest services staff in order to inflate its client feedback to HO. Well, this may explain the safety issues. Even in calm waters this ship sways badly, and all areas leading to the decks on deck two are closed off.

Cons: Children are everywhere, including on the dance floor! Food is often below par, with even desserts being unappetising. Not enough formal shows. Poor cleaning. Lido and dining room sub par. Waiters in Truffles dining room were often unwilling to assist, with many looking sullen and annoyed. Hygiene is low on this ship and it would be easy to have this become a major issue. Structural issues with the ship were obvious with much shaking and choppiness in calm waters. Deck areas on lower floors were always closed shut. Cabins not well cleaned with daily shortcuts and poor and shabby bedding and towels. Ship is in need of a major refurb and should cease sailing until this and safety issues are corrected.

Pros: Easy to board and disembark. Some of the few shows were of a good standard. Drink staff were mostly good. Most staff seemed to be helpful.

Shabby and dated. Bedding, mattress and towels need to be replaced. Cleaning below par.
