The dining program on Anthem of the Seas is a horrible, dreadful and unpleasant. Royal Caribbean MUST change this major problem. My husband and I are Diamond level cruisers who detested the moving from restaurant to restaurant each evening. We had uneven service and never got to know our servers at the restaurants. Several individual gave outstanding and exceptional service but the moving-from-place-to-place every night and limited selections for a vegan (even in the WINDJAMMER) was poor. We are very experienced cruisers (41 cruises) who found the rotating dining program on the Anthem of the Seas awful and extremely displeasing. Royal Caribbean's cut-backs on the privileges to Diamond members - not allowing a free bottle of water (or frozen fruit [like non-alcoholic pina colada - non alcoholic daiquiri] drinks) during the 5 PM to 8:30 "free-liquor/wine/beer" time was unacceptable Diamond level guests who do not drink alcohol. Nothing free at Johnny Rockets or no robes in cabins is below Royal Caribbean's claim to make cruises spectacular. I MUST STATE AGAIN .... Royal Caribbean's benefits and privileges to loyal cruisers are sub-standard. I hope our displeasure with OUR recent cruise experience is read by potential cruisers so that they know Royal Caribbean Cruise Line is becoming worse for cruisers and its services are clearly deteriorating for Diamond level loyal guests.
Good size. Did research and had space needed for computer, notes, tapes, etc
Wanted more time at this very interesting port and visit to near-by Montego Bay.
