We wanted a vacation experience where we could enjoy as much of Europe as possible without the hassle of making all of the arrangements ourselves. River cruising quickly came to the top of the list that would meet our needs.

My 29 year old daughter and I traveled together, being her first trip to Europe. I was a bit reluctant as the average age of travelers was said to be retired people but we were pleasantly surprised to note that there we were amidst several very interesting travelers ranging in age from 45 - 85.
