I have been on 5 Norwegian cruises, with the 6th cruise already scheduled prior to this cruise. I have also cruised on other cruise lines in the past. This was absolutely the worst vacation I have ever been on. Unfortunately, our cruise was diverted from Bermuda because of the hurricane but that isn't why I am so upset with Norwegian.

The service received on this cruise was horrible. Food, bar, casino, and entertainment. The only positive thing I have to say is that my room steward kept my room clean for 7 days. Food service and quality was ridiculous. Waiting time to be served was horrible. Staff was not attentive, felt like I had to ask constantly for someone to PLEASE take our order. We got up and left after waiting over an hour for someone to take our order, not just once but twice. Bar service in the casino was almost as bad. Could not get into any entertainment options because every option was FULL prior to us being told that you had to register ahead of time.

This cruise was expensive (not counting the fact that we had to fly to New York) just to get on the ship from Missouri. So paying twice as much as normal to be treated horribly and see absolutely NOTHING (Port Canaveral & Bahamas) after the hurricane makes me furious at Norwegian because of the complete disregard for my business by failing to answer the phone, respond via mail or email.
