Disney World is known by creating magic and by providing customer service that is by far the best in the world, thinking of exceeding that, it is impossible but there is one place that tops it by 1000 times. On September 28th we (my hubby, 7 year old and me) came back from the most magical vacation ever, the Disney Magic Transatlantic cruise. The accommodations are fabulous, the ship is gorgeous, the food splendid, the only down side this time around was the itinerary as it was very cold through almost the entire voyage BUT what makes this cruise so special it’s the people that work there… We have done this itinerary for the 3rd time ONLY to see a very special friend, Jasna Raicevic (Our Assistant Server). Some might wonder why but she is that special, she has more pixie dust than anyone we have ever met. She not only has the highest level of customer service but she is genuine, kind and simply amazing, once we met her 4 years ago, all of our Disney cruise vacations have been scheduled around her schedule, we love to get her wonderful & positive energy even if it is only for 10-11 days.

Although Jasna always makes our vacation unforgettable and yes we will continue to book vacations so we get a chance to see her again, this time there were a lot of other individuals that made this trip more magical than it has ever been.

Raphael Khumalo (Our Server) & Wira Wirajaya (Our Head Server) & of course Jasna!, wonderful team always kind, thoughtful and eager to make sure that all of our dining experiences were fabulous, every so often we got special surprised meal in addition to what we were ordering, specialties that were very authentic and delicious, we couldn’t ask for a better team!
