Quite disappointed and not as expected, having sailed on the Norwegian Sun previously. I felt that there were too many people for the size of the ship. Cabins quite cramped. Main market café - the worst. Couldn't get a seat, organised chaos all round.
I had to report a disgusting toilet around the pool area. Yes, the toilets are worse than those on a high street. Dinning rooms Versailles and Aqua serving the same menu.
Every time we went to the bar, we had to queue. At times the queue was more than 15 minutes. Not enough bar staff for the amount of people. Queue in the restaurants, queue at reception.

Too small. Additional bed hanging on the wall at the side of the bed was an obstruction and often hit head or shoulder on it when trying to get out of bed.
