Was really looking forward to this cruise but found the first 48 hours very stressful instead of relaxing. The queues at customer service for the whole 7 days were never less than 1 hour wait, when we finally saw a customer service rep we were never given the correct information which resulted in more queuing again the next day.

The day we were to dock in China was spent from 11 am queuing for a visa to be told we had no visa but we could obtain a visa by going on a Royal Caribbean excursion costing 45 US dollars each, we paid the money then sent to another deck to queue again to collect our passport and visa for disembarkment to be told we had no visa and it was too late to obtain one. We were sent to another queue and finally after speaking to a number of staff all telling us something different we were finally told at 15.30 we would not be getting of the ship. This was a comman pattern around the ship resulting in a lot of disappointed customers.

We complained and was given a full refund but no apology, compensation or explanation as to why the mix up occurred.
