Cabin: Superior Ocean View Stateroom with Balcony

This was a 'performing arts' cruise with a stunning array of talented performers. All performers gave it everything they had and mixed freely with passengers.

Unfortunately the joy of experiencing their performances was overshadowed by the need to queue for up to 2 hours for the main theatre to ensure you got a seat, even though you were allocated to that particular show. Passengers were allocated to late show/early dinner or early show/late dinner on embarkation with no option for changing, however some dishonest passengers used a scam of double-dipping to get them to the shows they wanted and leave other genuine audience members with nowhere to sit. Cruise staff did not do anything about this until the second last night!

The problem of overcrowding and queuing for almost everything - coffee, lifts, shows, bars, seating in Windjammers took the glow off everything else.

Cabin Review

Superior Ocean View Stateroom with Balcony

Cabin D2

Some very minor maintenance/weathering issues on balcony & bathroom but all in all very comfortable and well attended by housekeeping. Plenty of hangers and mirrors. Great hairdryer. Comfy bed, good lighting.
